MLEI undertook the civil and structural design for this 17,140 m3 facility designed to target a 5 Star Green Star Design & As‐Built Rating. The project implemented various environmentally conscious initiatives such as significant on‐site solar power generation.

    - Recessed loading docks.

    - Civil and stormwater design
