MLEI undertook the above ground structural engineering design and documentation for the new bagging facility at the existing ICL Yarraville facility. The bagging tower is part of a larger project which includes aggregate drive over bins, conveyors, dryer and warehouse.

The building consists of the following:
• 4 material silos suspended from level 8
• 12 floor levels
• Steel frame designed and detailed so it could be built in modules complete with equipment installed, which was how it ended up being constructed.
